According to the International Energy Agency global renewable electricity generation will hit a record level in 2020. The IEA report published last week states that 90% of new electricity generation in 2020 will be renewable.
Renewable energy appears to have the resilience to ride out the storm brought by covid-19 and is expected to be part of the recovery.
